Join the ASA International Virtual Chapter to explore a global perspective on current trends in real estate valuation, with particular attention to emerging regulatory developments and professional guidance. The featured speaker will address several of the real-world challenges facing valuers today - including sustainability and climate risk, geopolitical uncertainty, and shifts in investor expectations - and reflect on how valuation standards are evolving in response.

The talk will also include a preview of forthcoming guidance on valuer rotation, as expected in future updates to the RICS Red Book, and will invite discussion on how such developments may interact with other international standards and professional frameworks.
