This session will offer a broad discussion of international shipping (open registry) and domestic shipping in the US ("Jones Act). Learn more about the types of marine assets in each category along with market drivers for freight, earning and asset pricing. Appraisal methodology in each market and asset class as well as appraisal concepts of depreciation, replacement cost new, FMV, OLV, FLV will be discussed.
